4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

• Refunds for unsatisfactory services will be considered on a case-by-case basis, provided the complaint is made within 48 hours of the service.

5. Client Obligations

• Clients must ensure that the property is accessible and safe for our cleaners to work in. If the property is unsafe or inaccessible, we reserve the right to cancel the service.
• Clients must provide accurate details regarding the condition of the property when booking. Any misrepresentation may result in additional charges or the cancellation of the service.
• Clients are responsible for securing any valuables prior to the commencement of cleaning services. PCM SERVICES LTD shall not be held liable for any lost or damaged property unless caused by our negligence.

6. Liability

• PCM SERVICES LTD aims to provide services to the highest standards. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• We are insured for damage caused to property due to our cleaners’ negligence. Any claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of the service.
• We will not be held responsible for any pre-existing damage to the client’s property that cannot be cleaned or repaired.

7. Termination of Services

PCM SERVICES LTD reserves the right to terminate or refuse any service at our discretion. If a service is terminated due to client breach of these terms, no refund will be provided.
